Returns & Exchanges

At OUAT, every piece is individually 3D-printed with care. Due to the handcrafted and custom-printed nature of our products, slight variations, surface patterns, and layer textures are a natural part of the 3D printing process.

To ensure fairness and transparency, please read our return and exchange policy below.


Eligible Return Requests

To be eligible for a return request, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item includes all original packaging.
  • A full unboxing video is provided (from unopened package through to showing the issue clearly) for any claims relating to defects or damaged items.

Return requests without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted.


3D Printing Disclaimer (Important)

Since all OUAT items are 3D printed, the following characteristics are considered normal and are not defects:

  • Slight texture lines
  • Micro-patterns
  • Small surface variations
  • Layering marks from the printing process

Because these are expected outcomes of 3D printing technology, returns based on these reasons will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items returned without an unboxing video.
  • Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery.
  • Items showing signs of use or wear.
  • Differences in texture or pattern caused by 3D printing technology.
  • Custom or promotional items (if applicable).

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or breaks shortly after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A full unedited unboxing video clearly showing the issue;
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage.

As all of our 3D printed products are carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch, damage is typically caused during transit or improper handling. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.

Please note that we do not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental drops, excessive force, or normal wear and tear.


Refunds (If Approved)

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • OUAT is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after we’ve notified you that it has been processed:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
